Terms of Trade

New Customers -Payment will be requested before plants leave our nursery.

Account customers: Payment terms are strictly 14 days or as stated on your invoice.

ALL FREIGHT COST WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER
Please ensure that a reasonable amount of time is given to pick out and pickup order. For any orders where less then 2 business days notice is given, please give Brittany a call on 0434 000 106 to discuss.
Please also ensure that your preferred carrier picks up during our business hours.

We hand pick and pack all orders with the up most care to ensure plants arrive safely. Once plants have been collected however it is out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to know the terms with their transport company if something occurs during transport.

Issues and responsibility of purchaser

The customer must advise us in writing within 24 hours after receiving the stock of any issues. We will then work with the customer to come to a resolution. Once plants are accepted Sundale Palms holds no responsibility and will accept no claims.
